About Functional Rehab

Our Ethos

At Functional Rehab, physiotherapy isn’t about chasing symptoms — it’s about understanding how your body and mind work together.

Pain, injury and mental health challenges rarely exist in isolation. That’s why treatment here integrates physical rehabilitation, mental health insight, and intelligent movement to support meaningful, sustainable recovery.

Whether you’re rebuilding after injury, managing persistent pain, or restoring confidence in your body, Functional Rehab focuses on how you move, how you function, and how you live.
