Functional Rehab Clinic provides specialist physiotherapy services, including:

4. Booking and Appointments

Booking Process:

  • Appointments can be booked through our online booking system

  • You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment

  • First-time clients should arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork

Appointment Confirmation:

  • All bookings are subject to availability

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances

  • You will be notified as soon as possible if we need to reschedule

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Client Cancellations:

  • You must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment

  • Cancellations with 48+ hours' notice will receive a full credit for rescheduling

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the full appointment fee

  • Failure to attend without notice will result in the full appointment fee being charged

Clinic Cancellations:

  • If we need to cancel your appointment, we will offer you an alternative time or a full refund

How to Cancel:

  • Contact us by phone or email as soon as possible

  • Cancellations made through the booking system must be within the 48-hour window

6. Payment Terms

Payment Methods:

  • BACS bank transfer

  • Payment through our online booking system

Payment Schedule:

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or before your appointment

  • Bank transfer details will be provided upon booking confirmation

Pricing:

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable

  • Prices are subject to change, but will be honoured for confirmed bookings

  • Reduced-cost appointments are available on a trust basis for those experiencing financial hardship

No Refunds:

  • All payments are non-refundable except in cases where we cancel your appointment

  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) are non-refundable

  • Failed appointments are non-refundable

7. Clinical Information and Consent

Medical Information:

  • You must provide accurate and complete medical information

  • You must inform us of any changes to your health status

  • Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment outcomes and our ability to treat you safely

Consent to Treatment:

9. Limitations of Service

Not Emergency Services:

  • Our services are not suitable for medical emergencies

  • If you experience a medical emergency, call 999 or attend A&E

Scope of Practice:

  • We provide physiotherapy services within our professional scope

  • We may refer you to other healthcare professionals where appropriate

  • We cannot prescribe medication

No Guarantee of Outcomes:

  • While we strive to provide the highest quality care, we cannot guarantee specific treatment outcomes
