4. Booking and Appointments

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Client Cancellations:
You must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment
Cancellations with 48+ hours' notice will receive a full credit for rescheduling
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the full appointment fee
Failure to attend without notice will result in the full appointment fee being charged
Clinic Cancellations:
If we need to cancel your appointment, we will offer you an alternative time or a full refund
